IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these “Terms and Conditions”.

2. LICENSE

Our website does not grant to use the web templates and the other products that are sold through our web site (“the products”) by independent content providers in accordance with these “Terms and Conditions” (the “license”) issued by our company.

b) IMAGERY, CLIPART AND FONTS

All imagery, clipart are an integral part of our products. You can use imagery, clipart and fonts to share products with friends. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

c) MODIFICATIONS

You are not authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

e) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, both modified or not on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for another distribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

f) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from our company.

g) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of independent content providers. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information that contains the Order ID, download link, etc.

i) OUR REFUND POLICY

Gates Bar-B-Q stands behind their product 100%. If at any time you order something you are not happy with it you can return it to the office or the plant and we will refund your money. The product you return must be in good condition and be able to be resold if possible. If there is a problem with any product you can contact the plant manager and we will either send you out a replacement or refund your money if you desire.

Gates Bar-B-Q reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with or without prior notice.
